The Sardine Shop

Curated cases of the tins our guides rate highest - no filler, no random assortment. Every case is built to be eaten in order, mildest first.

The cases

• The Starter Case

Six tins that take a beginner from first bite to genuine fan: two gentle skinless & boneless tins, a lightly smoked tin, a lemon tin, a spiced tin and a premium all-rounder.

• The Premium Case

The collector shelf: hand-packed Portuguese and Spanish conservas, including vintage-style and spiced tins.

• The Budget Case

The best of the under-$5 shelf, bought by the case - proof that good sardines don't need a big budget.
